The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased directly from Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Becue srls
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
“Website” refers to Becue Official, accessible from becueofficial.com.
“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Returning Order Rights
You are entitled to return Your Order within 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods, without giving any reason for doing so.
Please contact the shop directly if you have purchased the product from one of our distributors.
The deadline for canceling an online Order is 3 days unless the order has been processed. In this case, a 8% penalty will be applied due to the management of administrative expenses.
For all payments made via PayPal, an amount of approximately 4% of the total purchase will be retained. This covers PayPal's non-refundable fee incurred by Becue.
In order to exercise Your right of return, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement following the steps below:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were received in the last 14 days.
- The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized (extra length 30” or 31”, special length, special design and special weight). All customized product sales are final.
- The supply of Goods is damaged, ruined, or broken unless a manufacturing error or product defect is attributable to the Company.
We refuse to return any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. All the Goods will be carefully inspected in order to assess the conditions that will determine the approval of the reimbursement.
After receiving the email for return, We may ask You to provide some photos showing the full integrity of the Goods before returning them so We can evaluate them to determine their acceptability.
For the shipment of the Goods, you are free to choose whether to use one of our affiliated couriers or one of your choice. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable shipping service. We are only able to issue a refund with an actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. It is advisable to produce photographic/video documentation of the product before shipment for any disputes with the courier.
The goods that will arrive at Becue srls will be carefully inspected to assess the conditions that will be used for the reimbursement approval, which will take place no later than 14 days from receipt of the Goods (subject to exceptions that will previously communicated to You).
The Company reserves the right to withhold, from the amount due, a share for the restoration of the property as new from 5% to 10% depending on the conditions.
Shipping costs will be not included in the refund. If the customer wishes to return an item received with free shipping, the standard shipping cost (equal to €30) will still be deducted from the refund.
