All Becue’a products are covered by the standard EU 2-year consumer warranty, which applies to any material or manufacturing defect. In addition, we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty, valid exclusively in cases where a proven manufacturing defect is found to be our responsibility.

If you experience an issue that you believe falls under warranty coverage, please contact us at info@becueofficial.com and refrain from attempting any repair yourself. Unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.

Please note that damage resulting from improper use—such as using a playing shaft to break—is not covered. Based on the nature of the issue, Becue Srl reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.

Terms and conditions

Becue Srl warrants its products exclusively to the original purchaser, for as long as the product remains in their possession. The product must be free from material defects and manufacturing faults under normal, intended use. It is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from authorized Becue dealers or via www.becueofficial.com.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by modification, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance

• Damage resulting from incorrect storage

• Tip detachment (which is considered a consumable component)

Each warranty claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Becue Srl.

Important: If a product is returned and no defect is found, Becue reserves the right to request reimbursement for any shipping costs incurred.

Limitation On Obligations

The obligations of Becue Srl hereunder are limited to repairing or replacing any product found to be defective under the Becue warranty. In no event shall Becue Srl be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature or kind of damage or loss of property. Becue warranty is the sole warranty and is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose.

Sole Warranty

Becue srl warranty, as set forth herein, constitutes the entire warranty and representation of Becue concerning its cues and shafts. Becue warranty shall apply to the purchase of the product. No representation or warranty made by any Becue employee, dealer, or agent shall be binding upon Becue other than as set herein.

Claim procedures

Requests for warranty services and assistance must be sent by writing an e-mail at info@becueofficial.com, which will open a service ticket with instructions on how to send the product. Becue Srl will provide the customer with a prepaid return shipping label. Together with (a) evidence of original purchase and (b) a completed "Repair / Return Form". International customers must ship the products to the place of purchase or directly to Becue at the address:

Upon receipt, Becue will review the alleged defect description, check the product and perform repairs and replacements as appropriate under our Warranty. Becue Srl will return the product to the original purchaser at the end of the service. Becue reserves the right to ask for shipping costs or part of them unless otherwise agreed between parts. If it is established that the Becue warranty does not cover the claimed defect, the original purchaser will be contacted and offered a repair service, if applicable, or the product will be returned.

All declared measures have a tolerance of ± 0,1 mm
All declared weights have a tolerance of ± 2 grams

Becue uses a constructive system that guarantees the straightness of its shaft with a tolerance of ± 0,1 mm
